ABOUT LENAPE VALLEY BASEBALL ASSOCIATION

The Lenape Valley Baseball Association (LVBA) is a volunteer-run Baseball Association for ages 4-35. In 2019, the LVBA fielded 26 teams with approximately 350 roster positions. The LVBA is staffed by volunteers who operate in the roles of managers, coaches or board members.

A manager typically assembles the team and is the primary contact between the league and the team. A coach helps the manager coach the team and performs other duties as assigned by the manager.

LVBA DIVISIONS AND LEAGUES

LVBA participates in 2 different divisions or leagues, specifically In-House Baseball, with Little League teams ages 4 to 12 and Travel-Based Baseball. The in-house teams will travel within the local community, and typically have one game during the week and one game on the weekend.

Travel-Based baseball encompasses the Suburban Travel Baseball League, ages 8 to 15, Connie Mack Baseball, ages 13-16, Fall Ball, ages 7 to 16, and Cooperstown Dreams Park Tournament.
